304L stainless steel tube is a versatile stainless steel that is widely used in the production of equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability).

The 304L is a 304L stainless steel tube with a low carbon content and is used for welding purposes. The lower carbon content makes the carbides in the heat affected zone near the weld reduced to the minimum, while the precipitation of carbides may lead to intergranular corrosion in some environments (weld erosion); 304N is a nitrogen-containing stainless steel, and nitrogen is added to increase the strength of the steel.

304L Tube Compared to 304 Tube

Compared with 304 tube nickel,304L tube contains a bit more nickel, and more importantly, 304L is much smaller than 304 carbon content. 304L is better than 304 at solder joints or other treatments.

304L stainless steel tube more corrosion-resistant, 304L stainless steel tube with less carbon,

304 stainless steel tube widely used, with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength and mechanical properties; stamping bending and other hot processing, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, the use of temperature -196°c~800°c)

304L stainless steel tube after welding or after the elimination of stress, its resistance to intergranular corrosion is excellent, in the case of heat treatment can also maintain good corrosion resistance, the use of temperature -196°c-800C°c.
